Local records
POCKLO stores photos, keepsakes, diary pages and My Room layouts on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your collection. The app has no account system or advertisements, and does not track you across apps or websites. Optional usage analytics is described below.
Optional usage analytics
Only if you allow it, POCKLO uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature use and improve the app. Analytics is off by default. Google receives an app-instance identifier, device and app information, usage events, approximate location derived from IP addresses, and purchase or subscription activity measured by the SDK. We do not send photos, user-written titles or captions, diary content or backups to Analytics. We do not set a user ID, collect IDFA or IDFV, show ads or use analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking. You can change your choice at any time in Settings. Turning analytics off stops further collection and resets analytics data stored locally on your device; it does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Permissions and widgets
The camera is used to take photos. The photo picker imports only photos you choose; saving a finished image requests permission to add to Photos. Device motion moves My Room objects. Raw camera or motion data is not sent to the developer. Widgets use copies in the app’s shared container on your device.
Optional iCloud backups and exports
If you enable automatic backup, records and photos are written to your personal iCloud Drive. Apple manages storage and uploads under its policies. The app retains the latest and previous backup for each installation. Backups include keepsakes, pages, Trash and referenced photos; My Room layouts and preferences stay local. We do not receive your iCloud password or access your private backups. Images and ZIP files are exported only to destinations you choose. ZIP backups contain your records and photos, so store them somewhere you trust.
Optional purchases
Apple processes optional Plus payments, purchase restoration and offer-code redemption. POCKLO verifies purchase entitlement on your device. We do not receive your payment card details or upload your purchase history to a developer server. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
Retention and deletion
Deleted keepsakes and pages stay in Trash until you empty it. Previous recovery copies, exported files and cloud backups may still contain older records. Unused imported photos and generated widget images are cleaned up conservatively. Manage cloud backups in Files → iCloud Drive → POCKLO. Deleting the app removes its local app data but does not delete exported files or backups retained in iCloud.
Support and this website
When you email us, we receive the address and information you include to respond to your request. When you visit our support website, the hosting provider may process standard connection information to deliver and secure pages. We do not add ads, analytics or tracking scripts. Optional creator events
If you choose to enter a creator event by email, Codyssey receives your email address, public social account and post link, and the message you send. We use these details to verify eligibility, prevent duplicate claims and deliver the event reward. Participation is optional and supports POCKLO promotion. We do not add participants to a marketing mailing list, sell their details or use them for cross-app tracking. We keep the information needed to complete verification, reward delivery and related enquiries; request access, correction or deletion at codyssey100@gmail.com. You do not need to send private photos, backups, passwords or payment details.
