For help with POCKLO, email codyssey100@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone model and a short description. Do not send private photos or backup files unless needed and you choose to share them.
Restore a backup
Open Settings → Backup & restore → Restore from backup and choose your ZIP file. Restoring replaces your collection and keeps a local recovery copy.
iCloud is waiting
Check iCloud Drive access for your Apple account, available storage and your connection. Keep POCKLO open while preparing the backup. Apple controls upload completion.
Recover a deleted page
Open Settings → Trash. Records can be restored until you empty Trash. Earlier records may also be available in Local recovery copies.
Offline use
Creating and editing works on your device. Cloud upload requires a connection. No POCKLO account is required.
Optional purchases
Apple processes optional Plus payments, purchase restoration and offer-code redemption. POCKLO verifies purchase entitlement on your device. We do not receive your payment card details or upload your purchase history to a developer server. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
Control usage analytics
Usage analytics is off until you allow it. Open Settings to enable or disable it at any time. Creating, editing, backups and Plus purchases remain available when analytics is off.
